Hi I'm Nkem
Certified Health and Wellness coach on a mission to help women like you rediscover balance – and joy! – amidst our crazy, busy lives. Let's face it, as a mom of five, juggling my own career and business alongside family life, I've been there. That overwhelmed, stressed-out, about-to-burnout feeling? I know it well.
But I refused to let it win. I saw the same struggle happening to friends and family, and it ignited a fire in me. I got trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, founded my coaching business, BML Health and Wellness, and set out to help.
Now, I combine everything I've learned with my own experience – the good and the tough – to guide busy women to take control of their health, ditch the stress, and find that work-life balance we all crave.
