Once you buy a course, you get instant access to our learning platform and you can create your account. One week before the starting date of the course you will see what equipment, tools and consumables will be needed in case you want to practice during the live interactive session. Each topic will have resources for you to use during and after the course. All will be located in your account.

Links will be visible and active only a week before the due date of the course.

You will also receive reminder emails containing those links required for accessing the training.
They will be for your use only. If you buy courses as a gift for someone, you have to ensure you input that person's email address. Each booking number will be associated with a particular email address to give access to the classes.

You will be able to replay the live training for three more months. All sessions will be recorded in full, including the Q&A and available for you to access whenever you like. The last day to access will be the 30th of November, 2023. If you have questions other than what was already answered during the training you can join the Sunday morning ASK ME ANYTHING live meetings and get an instructor to answer directly.

All summer courses will be delivered virtual. They will contain live sessions followed by 10 minutes Q&A sessions. Each course will contain resources referring to the equipment, tools and consumables needed to complete each project. Also some courses will give access to particular sheets, slides, forms  to help you along. Due to the complexity of some topics we will run additional Q&A sessions on Sundays from 10 to 11 am within a closed group ASK ME ANYTHING. You can ask any question you may have in regards with the topics covered during the previous week. 

To see the requirements of each course, log in to your account, select My Course on the menu, click on each course and read the description of the first lesson.Details will become available a week before the due date of the course E.G for classes running on the 1st of August the list of equipment, tools and consumables will be available on the account from the 25th of July. It will tell you precisely what you need to get ready. Completing the projects will be optional. The purpose of our courses is to encourage you to practice what you learn.Without practice a course remains a method of entertaining rather then a method of improving skills.

If you send in photos of your completed projects within one month of completing the training, you will receive a downloadable diploma certificate.
Students who complete their projects on time can enter our monthly competition. We will post the photos on our social media without naming the student. When you are not considering completing a project and only want to listen, learn and ask questions, you only need a smart device to connect audio and video and a good internet connection. You can join us from wherever you are, even if you are away, travelling with work or on holiday. As long as you can connect to the internet and access Zoom or Youtube, you will be fine.
