The star of this session will be THE RED COLOUR. 

We will

•  prepare & bake a:

-red velvet sponge

-berry chiffon sponge

• prepare :

-a cheese frosting

-berry mousse

• set both cakes and decorate in an Artisan style

The star of this session will be VEGAN BAKING. 

We will

•  prepare & bake :

-carrot cake

-macarons

• prepare :

-a  berry frosting

-a coconut cream 

• set both desserts and decorate in an Artisan style

The star of this session will be COOKIES. 

We will

• prepare & bake the following :

-brownies

-peanut 

-chocolate chips

• And will enjoy them at the end with a lovely cup of coffee ...made in an Artisan style ))
