Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions 

Welcome to our Affiliate Program! We are excited to have you on board as an affiliate partner. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment: 1.1. To become an affiliate partner, you must apply through our designated affiliate registration process. 1.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. We may reject applications if they are incomplete, violate our policies, or if we determine that the applicant's website or promotional activities are inappropriate. 1.3. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your contact information.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities: 2.1. As an affiliate partner, you will receive a unique referral link or code that you can share with others to promote our fully paid training programs or services. 2.2. You are solely responsible for the promotion of our products and services using your referral link or code. This includes any marketing materials, advertisements, or content you create. 2.3. You agree to promote our products and services in a lawful and ethical manner. You must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent practices. 2.4. You shall not use any illegal or unethical methods to generate referrals. This includes spamming, cookie stuffing, or any other unauthorized activities. 2.5. You must disclose your affiliate relationship and clearly indicate that you may receive a referral fee for any purchases made through your referral link or code. 2.6. You are responsible for ensuring that your referral link or code is properly formatted and functioning correctly. We are not liable for any technical issues that may prevent tracking or accrual of referral fees.
3. Referral Fees: 3.1. For each fully paid training program or service that is purchased using your referral link or code, you will be eligible to receive a referral fee equal to 10% of the total purchase amount. 3.2. The referral fee will only be paid for purchases that are deemed fully paid and completed. Any cancellations, refunds, or charge backs will not be eligible for a referral fee. 3.3. Referral fees will be paid out on a regular basis, as specified by us. Payment methods and schedules will be communicated to you separately once your application is received and accepted 3.4. It is your responsibility to provide accurate payment information for receiving referral fees. We are not liable for any delays or issues arising from incorrect payment details provided by you.
4. Compliance with Laws: 4.1. As an affiliate partner, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to your promotional activities. 4.2. You must not engage in any activities that violate intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or patent infringement. 4.3. You shall not make any false or misleading claims about our products or services. Any statements or representations you make must be accurate and verifiable.
5. Termination: 5.1. Either party may terminate this affiliate agreement at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party. 5.2. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program immediately and without notice if we determine that you have violated any of the terms and conditions outlined herein. 5.3. Upon termination, you will forfeit any pending or future referral fees that have not yet been paid.
6. Modifications: 6.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by email or through our affiliate portal. 6.2. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically. If you continue to participate in the affiliate program after any modifications.
